OPEN CIRCLE GATHERINGS

Open Circle Gatherings at The Phoenix Centre Cornwall offer gentle, shared spaces for coming together, slowing down, and connecting. They are held in a spirit of openness and choice, and are designed to feel welcoming whether you come on your own or with others.

These are not therapy sessions and there is no expectation to share personal stories unless you wish to. Each gathering is facilitated with care, clarity, and respect for individual boundaries.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Circle Gatherings are relaxed, facilitated group spaces that may include quiet reflection, creative exploration, meditation, sound, or seasonal and lunar themes. Some are practical, some reflective, some offer time to pause and be in the company of others.

You are always free to take part in ways that feel right for you. Listening is as welcome as speaking. Sitting quietly is as welcome as joining in.

TYPES OF GATHERING MAY INCLUDE

  • Creative and reflective sessions

  • Meditation and gentle guided practices

  • Lunar & seasonal turning of the wheel gatherings

  • Sound-based or sensory experiences

  • Occasional guest-led or collaborative sessions

Offerings will change over time, responding to the season, the space, and the people who gather.

WHO THE GATHERINGS ARE FOR
Gatherings are open to adults seeking connection, reflection, or shared experience in a calm and grounded setting. You don’t need prior experience, belief, or confidence in group spaces.

If you’re unsure whether a particular gathering is right for you, you’re always welcome to ask.

A GENTLE INVITATION
You don’t need to commit, explain yourself, or know exactly what you’re looking for.
If a gathering speaks to you, you’re welcome to come and see how it feels.

Gatherings will begin from Spring 2026. If you’d like to be informed, join the mailing list.
