With the additional time, we can work more thoroughly, allowing room for emotional layers & energetic shifts to unfold at their own pace. I may work with crystals, sound, energy work, or other vibrational approaches, guided by what feels most supportive in the moment. As with all sessions, you’re welcome to request a particular modality if you have a preference.
